We strive to make approachable wines that represent the unique terroir of the PNW. Sourced with intention from vineyards practicing holistic farming techniques, from as far as the high desert of eastern Washington to southern Oregon. We typically ferment in small lots using atypical varietals and age our wines in old neutral oak. We do not make any additions in the vineyard at crush or in the cellar. Spumoni Wine is for everyday drinking and we hope our humble efforts translate well to your glass.
